DARTS Program Director River Bluffs Village

The Program Director is responsible for the development, launch, and ongoing management of the new business enterprise within DARTS called River Bluffs Village. RBV is a membership-based pilot project that offers members the convenience of professional staff to find, contract with, coordinate and possibly create services and program activities that facilitates RBV members living as they choose in their home and connected with others in their community as they grow older. The Program Director, with oversight by DARTS and in consultation with four RBV working groups, will manage all aspects of the design, implementation and ongoing operations of the pilot project to meet the goal of self sufficiency by the end of three years.

The Director will work with a wide range of individuals, businesses, community leaders, and RBV members to market the project. Individual service vendors will be sought as preferred providers of selected services. The Director will set and monitor standards to ensure high quality and dependability of service vendors' work.
